Tim is the Treatment Director at Recovery is Happening, a nonprofit recovery community organization in Rochester, MN. Among his many responsibilities, Tim runs the extended duration Intensive Outpatient Program. He is also the clinical supervisor for licensed drug and alcohol counselors (LADCs). Tim joined the Board of Directors of CPFHR because he believes that addiction is a family disease. His Intensive Outpatient Program already offers meetings for families, and he is interested in developing additional resources and support for family members. In his spare time, he likes to golf and work out. He is committed to personal growth and is currently writing a combo memoir and broken treatment system.
